Consumer Campaign

In this consumer capaign, I was tasked to create a specialty food company - on wheels! I led the entire blitz from concept, to the delicious menu, to the marketing materials, social media and public relations role. The whole idea of this campaign was to bring the Kansas City barbecue to the South while trying to reach millenials. 

Direct Mail

For this assignment I had to design a postcard to send to my audience of the food campaign to advertise my food. In class we discussed how to select the correct target market, make it personable while using simple yet useful words.

Brochure

I created a brochure for my specialty food campaign was exciting. I got to create my story of why I would create this business as well as entic millenials to visit. 

Press Release

With this assignment we created a press release. Using examples handed out in class I figured out the format and created on for KC BBQ Food Truck. It was a challenge to understand all the parts of the press release. After practice it was an easy process to create. 

Twitter Feed

The final project of the consumer campaign was creating a twitter feed for our company. I had to write six tweets by using six different methods:

  1. Discounts and Promotions

  2. Advertise Fun Event

  3. Ask for Bisual User-Generated Content

  4. Share Useful Information

  5. Co-Brand with Customer

  6. Help Society with Customer
